We have just begun another monster project here at Slide, this time on a R33 GTR Skyline. The customer has supplied us with not one but two R33 GTRs, one with a rotten shell but everything on it and one that is little more than a mostly decent shell. First of all we get the decent shell on the spit, so we can get the underside treated for any rust, cleaned up and undersealed properly, same with the engine bay, cleaned up and painted. Once all that is done it’s time to get the engine running again and then get everything swapped over from the rotten one. Sounds so easy when you put it like that!
